Interview
I was interviewed for 2 locations - Bangkok and Gurgaon.
1st - Bangkok
1st round - there was live Codility with the Hiring manager along with other Automation, Testing related questions.
2nd round - a home coding assignment to create a password validation scenario with mock functions.
3rd round - cleared round two, interviewer gave a week's time to prepare for TensorFlow, that never happened.
No response from the HR on the hiring status, the position went on hold. She suggested to go ahead with Gurgaon location interviews.
2nd - Gurgaon
1st round - there was live Codility with the Hiring team member along with other Automation, Testing related questions.
2nd round - there was live Codility with one of the Developer along with other Automation, Testing related questions. Both the round went well.
One thing I noticed that the recruiters are not interested inn hiring you. After each round I had to follow up and ask for the status.
The whole process went on for two months. And finally no outcome.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Programming questions - Addition of two big integer numbers without carryover.
Programs based on Arrays, Collections.
Microservices testing.
Backend testing.
Tensorflow.
3 rounds of technical knowledge related to QA theory and 1 easy to medium coding question and the final round with manager is about software design but not too deep.

Interview
Pathetic interview process, took 2 months to take interviews , had salary discussion with hr after technical and manager rounds and then suddenly they wants to take another round and an old lady lady rejects you by asking questions like why should I hire you and what’s your weakness.
Wasted my 5+ hours and 2 months with them I would suggest if you are talented passionate and like to ask questions don’t apply at agoda , senior old folks does not like someone who are better than them so they won’t take you.
Don’t waste Candidates time and improve your interview process and remove that old lady who does not know how to conduct interview.
