It could be hard if you never had any experience in handling customer in call center. However, the interviewer was very nice. It is very important for you to be prepared for this part.
The interview process went pretty well, although some questions seemed pretty tough for a fresh graduate position. It took 1 month from scheduling to actual interview date without any further explanation on the delay.

It was a good process and aligned with the role only and the interviewer was also chill and took the interview professionally. Overall it was a greate experience out there.

3 stages interview, will reveice email and need to take online test. After complete test will have online interview with the hiring manager. If pass the interview then you’re accepted
