Agoda Software Development Engineer In Test (SDET) III interview questions

First round is an online assessment round via CodeSignal and there are 3 sections 1. Text answer 2. Two coding questions 3. One sql question I was able to solve all and get a 100% pass rate in each section as we can see our score in the dashboard. After 3-4 days I received the email saying I’m no longer considered for the role. No reason was given. Looks like even after scoring 100% on assessment, you still can be not invited for person to person interview and they can reject the profile without giving any reason. In this day and age, where everyone is talking about the a proper feedback process, I feel sad that few companies are still not following it. It discourages and creates a negative impact for the company.
