Interview
1 interview with a recruiter followed by an automated rejection email. The recruiter reached out to me requesting my availability for an interview. She then failed to respond to my initial email providing my availability and requested it again. We got finally got the interview scheduled. During the interview, the recruiter didn't have any accurate knowledge about the team I would be supporting or their projects. She made passive aggressive comments about me having recently worked for a start-up company (post pandemic) despite having former tenure with a very large well-known international company. I persisted through the interview despite her disparaging comments. She told me she would be passing my information along to the Director within the team for the next interview. I sent a thank you email to the recruiter with a "looking forward to next step," however 1 week later I receive an automated rejection email as if my resume was not selected for an interview. I reached out to the recruiter to ask if the automated email was correct, no response.

Basic questions about my experience. No questions about my skillset. Once I asked the recruiter questions, I received "I don't know" responses.

It took 3 phone interviews; 3 months to get a F2F with the Admins - not the person you were going to work for.

Question 1
When interviewing 1 admin stated when she worked from home she did her grocery shopping; the other admin stated that as a "whole" they all "vent" to each other and "gossip" - I was told from a VP that they didn't expect "the" assistant to talk about the "execs" calendar with others. I thought this was a given in a professional environment
