The first stage is a 30 min Zoom interview with the hiring engineer, who was not nice. Then, I received a very time-consuming home assignment. I put a lot of effort into it, and then I received a "no-replay" email that I didn't pass. When they give you a home assignment, the least they can do is call you or write you a mail, rather than a no replay email.
