Alacriti Senior Software Engineer interview questions

The interview experience was smooth and well structured for the SDE 2 role. The first round was a written assessment consisting of theoretical questions. Candidates with hands-on industry experience should be able to answer these comfortably. The second round involved developing a solution for a real-world application scenario using Java and Spring Boot. The focus was on designing and implementing the solution within the given time, so having a strong understanding of the requirements and managing time effectively is important. The third round was a technical interview that primarily focused on scenario-based questions, along with live coding examples. The interviewers also asked follow-up questions to evaluate the depth of understanding, so it’s helpful to explain your approach clearly and be confident in your answers. The final round was an HR discussion covering compensation, notice period, and overall fit.
