Interview
Interview was a straightforward but far ranging conversation covering both experience of me as candidate and the company and its aspirations. Clearly a very well run company and seemed to have a truly collegiate approach.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at AlbaCore Capital Group (London, England) in Mar 2023
Interview
Long process finalised with an incredibly invasive background check that led to the unneccesary and erroneous withdrawal of an offer. Invested 5 weeks and multiple stages only to have a counter-signed offer withdrawn. Be prepared for a lot of admin. And take all of your online profiles to private.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AlbaCore Capital Group (London, England)
Interview
The recruitment process was through an agency and lasted for a month. After 1 month and 2 rounds of interviews ( interviewed by 3 people) they said that they no longer wanted to recruit on my level and that they had decided to recruit on a junior level. While I got a positive impression about the interviewers during the interviews, the fact that after 1 month and 2 rounds of interviews they changed their requirements made me believe not only they don,t value candidate,s time but also that the place is very disorganized, lacks structure and this is an appetizer of what I would have had I been offered the job so clearly things happen for a reason.
