There were 5 steps : 1) Interview with HR-manager (general questions about personal history/experience, job position, company) 2) Interview with department manager (some technical questions, personal exp.) 3) On-line test (basic excel + business problem understanding) 4) Interview with CTO by Skype (business-case questions, problem understanding..) 5) Interview with CEO

Fast, they helped me in everything. At first had interview with the CTO and then technical and with the CPO. The process was really fast. The test was online with codility. The hr was really nice.
