I was interviewed 4 different times. The first was a screening with an HR recruiter, second with my manager, third with a team member, and the last one was with a group of people which required a sample sales pitch.

All of the interviews were more of a conversation regarding what I did in my last job and how it related with the job I applied to. It was very conversational and comfortable.

Recruiter call
Two supervisor interviews
Work samples (voicemail and email)
Final interview with 10 people in leadership that includes a mock call
Practice interviews with a friend or colleague to sound polished!

Aledade interviewers were professional, but kind. The process was very smooth. I always felt comfortable. Upon hire, the onboarding process was FABULOUS. I was welcomed by all staff with open arms. Everyone is so friendly. The culture with this company is extremely refreshing.
