The interview process was great! The HR team at Aledade is excellent. The entire process took about three weeks and at every stage of the process they were extremely quick to update me about the next stage in the process. The first stage was an interview screen, the second stage was an interview with the VP of Finance, the third stage was with the Finance/Accounting team, and the last stage was an interview with the CFO. At each stage, they were considerate of my time, and made me feel desired as a candidate. Aledade extended an offer to me and I accepted because Aledade is an excellent company and I truly felt/feel valuable to the company.
