I was welcomed at the mill and given a tour around all areas of production and met and talked to many of their staff, which I very enjoyed on it's own. It took around 1 and a half hour. I found the interviewer very friendly and she would openly point out what she liked about me and what she was concerned about. Most of the interview questions were asked before the visit on a video call after which I was invited for a visit. During the visit we have discussed the terms and conditions of work to make sure it was a good fit.
