Alfa KPO interview questions

First of all what I want to say is the designation for which I had applied for and what I was working (after getting selected) were totally different, just like North Pole and South Pole of Earth. I would like to thank the HR and Company Owner for their creativity in this Fraud! I had applied for 'Research Analyst' position and I was working in 'Data Entry' position? How the hell are they similar? Fraud HRs and Management! Ok, so now about the interview round: 1) I got a call from HR and the interview data was selected. 2) First Round- With HR (who actually did't knew much on the position), just asked me if I have the knowledge of excel, pivot table and web research. I said yes and got selected for Second Round with the Head who sits in Andheri East Office itself! 3) Second Round- On the second he asked me if I know social media platform very well and can do research their. I said yes and got selected for the JOB! Actually I was told that will be working on a project where I will be doing research and handle client for the research. But it was all fraud. The want the research data for themselves and there is nothing like research there it is just DATA ENTRY JOB. You will get bad vibes just because you are just been dumped by their game. Please stay away people. They treat employees like slaves.

1 st round was telephonic round after that they have called me for an interview and the next round was HR round and then they placed for 3 rd round that is technical round and this company is leaving in stone age in terms of technologies they give me notepad ++ for the technical round and the management was also not good don't waste your time here .
