AliMo Care interview questions

It was really friendly and relaxed. Emma was lovely and talked about the company and why Ali set it up. I was asked about my care experience and had to talk about how I’ve dealt with things in the past or how I would do deal with them. When I joined I was a carer and was told that I got the job at the end of the interview. When they interview you for the senior job they don’t tell you straight away.
