Was asked to solve a business problem of a real (actual name hidden) Logistics business to implement omnichannel.
After being successful in the first step, the next task was to develop the business, solution and technology architecture for the scenario.
I think I got the job because I had included the process to measure and monitor the value addition of using the service.
