Interview
There were 4 rounds of interviews.
1st round with HR, 2nd round with product specialist, 3rd round with customer success team members and product specialist, 4th round with all of the above plus the C-Suite.
The first 3 interviews were mostly behavioural, situational and questions about my motivation for the role. 4th round required a 10 minute presentation and some questions after.
Each interview lasted about 45 minutes.

The interview process was explained in detail and was pretty straightforward. The HR Manager did a great job detailing every phase of the interviewing process. The interviews really met the expectations and it was a very smooth process.

Interview
It was intensive with no feedback afterwards or notice to say you were not selected for the roll. I was interviewed for 40mins via teams and it was a tough process. It felt very unnecessary for a "casual" interview.
