Was excited for the opportunity, but never heard back after final onsite despite following up a couple times over a month. Please value your applicants’ time especially if they have done much preparation for your interview process—it doesn’t speak well about your company to ghost people after they have spent weeks researching you, interviewing with you, preparing a presentation for you, and sharing their work with you.
