I received a call to do an initial phone screening, short questions on my experience and an invitation for an in person interview. The in person interview was with the local "manager". The interview requested business professional attire, lasted about 20 minutes and was informal, mostly "tell me about yourself". I was invited for a second interview with the team, business professional requested as well even though I was the ONLY person besides the manager in business professional attire. The second group interview is where I realized that this is a sales job to sell cable and internet INSIDE OF WALMART. This is a misleading experience and makes it seem like you are managing accounts and doing outside sales. This job is to sell cable and internet on a foldable table booth at the entrance of Walmart, bothering shoppers, for hopefully some commission. If you like this job go for it, it is very easy to get.
