Two interviews with two different people. During the second interview I was told that the executive director is on vacation, so I'll have an answer mid-next week. A few hours later, I was then rejected? The process felt confusing and impersonal. I was told a decision would come next week, but I was rejected just hours later with a generic message. It gave the impression that the communication wasn’t genuine or that I wasn’t seriously considered, but it's whatever.
