I had one interview with the operations lead, after which they sent me an assessment. Completing it felt like I was doing their work for them researching prospects and potential partnerships. After submitting the assessment, I received an email stating that they would evaluate it, but I never heard back. I followed up two weeks later and still got no response. I would have been fine if my profile wasn’t the one, but after providing them with valuable information for free, a simple reply would have been the least I expected

Question 1
Basic communication questions and how you handle challenges
It had about 4 steps similar to other interview processes. The task round was all online which was a bit different. There was no feedback which is also the norm but would be nice if they were more communicative considering how much time and effort a candidate puts into preparing for the interviews.
