Email back & forth, then meeting, then follow-up meeting. Once I got the job there was more paperwork and also document review. During the interviewing I had to go through my previous experience and there were also scenarios. There were some challenging questions. It was a pleasant environment and the interviewer was easy to get along with but I had to be on top of my stuff.
