Applied online, brief telephone interview followed by face to face with senior management team. The interview was poorly structured and informal, with the pretense of being formal. There were promises made at this stage which sounded exciting, but never came to realization because the organisation didn't have the capacity for change.

There was no in-depth knowledge of my skills so any questions asked were easily answered. The interview was not at all challenging.

Interview
Shortlisting and panel interview which lasted about 60 mins. Interview arranged promptly, very professional approach, well structured and put the candidate at ease. Team knowledgable on role and company. This is a well run organisation from top to bottom and would not hesitate recommending to others.
