Not sure of an answer yet haven’t reviewed anything yet but more to come and just most definitely ready for the opportunity and spread the knowledge that’s shareable and also gain and build within this company and community

What are some goals that got you to where you are today ?
It was a very easy and straightforward process for me as a licensed producer. Went through 2 rounds of interviews and was given an offer at a local branch. Between initial contact and offer it was about 2 weeks total.
Group interview with a lot of people not very much information on the first interview I did for a little more detail about what they were looking for from their side

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Allstate in Jun 2024
Interview
Was contacted for an initial interview and the interview was simple discussing previous positions and interests. Had a second interview several days later with two other managers. The second interview was also easy and was offered a position two days later.
