5 interviews. Most were pretty straight forward until the last interview which was mostly tell me about a time type questions with an HR person. I interviewed with other regional leaders and the questions were much more real world and not as HR like

6 step process, step 4 & 5 face to face, panel interview, upper leadership looks for passion and energy. Have good eye contact and great talking points. Each interview last 90 minutes.
