Had two interviews one with the talent acquisition manager and the hiring manager. The first interview was just to make sure I’m interested in the job and the next one was a 45 min zoom interview with the hiring manager. Got asked two behavioral questions and a few other questions about how I will be a good fit for this role. Passed sales experience

The interview process was very awkward and robotic. The lady only was able to explain the role. Zero human interaction or emotion. Even the other lady was very awkward and couldn’t keep a conversation. The interview would’ve been much easier if there was actually a connection.

If you are falling behind on performance, how do you bring yourself back to speed?
Asked basic questions. Very professional. Very informative. Very good explaining everything. HR explained the pay in detailed. All of the expectations were explained. Explained the marketing and building up client book.
