Allysmart interview questions

My Initial interview was over the phone screening thru recruiter very thorough, transparent and friendly. However the second interview was the a team lead and Director via Zoom. It actually wasn't an interview at all . No direct line of questioning more or less talking generalizations of personal characteristics. My camera was on during the duration of the entire " interview" although they chose not to show them selves. No transparency there.
