I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Alpha Group (Toronto, ON)
Interview
Fairly straightforward, brought me into the office and tried to impress me with their office and culture. Was taken directly into a meeting room to speak with the sales director, who struck me as a bit smug.

Application
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Alpha Group (Amsterdam)
Interview
The interview process is quite streamlined, beginning with an initial meeting with a recruiter, followed by an interview with one of the managers, and concluding with a discussion with a senior partner. In total, there are three stages. Quite easy but unprofessional (other than the first call).
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The questions were quite personal, even delving into topics like your family situation and childhood. However, there were also meaningful questions, such as "What drives you?" After speaking with a few of their employees, I learned that the focus isn’t so much on your answers but on how you react to certain (often unprofessional) comments or questions. Your response to these will play a key role in their evaluation.
There is little to no questions about your work, experience, etc.
