Three interview rounds and a technical task that took 4 days to complete. Said they'd give an offer letter but never replied and just ghosted. Could have at least done the courtesy of rejecting after so many interactions. Really liked the company and wanted to contribute, but became disappointed by their blatantly unprofessional approach.
