The recruitment process started with a submission of CV after it was accessed I got an email to participate in the online cognitive test, I passed that stage and moved on to the physical assessment test, then I got a call for an online interview.

During the interview I was asked about the legal principle I found interesting during my research, I was also asked about the thesis I did in my final year in uni, I was quizzed on jurisdiction and the interview ended with for me to tell them a little about myself and why should I be given the position. I was interviewed by 3 partners, 1 senior associate and 1 HR
1. Written exam. Questions are on current affairs, arithmetic and facts-based issues; similar to law school questions
2. Interview about law, ability to draft, and advocacy skills. Also asked about computer skills such as ability to use the review section of MS word.
