R1: Phone Screen R2: In-person interview R3: Shadowing Interview R4: Vibe Check R5: Meet with CEO They put you through 5 rounds and will ghost you if you ask for an update on your application status. Rounds 2-5 were all quite similar so a lot of wasted time there as well as it takes weeks in between rounds. Very rude of them to put you through all those rounds, meet so many people all to leave you hanging. If they want better talent, I would recommend they reevaluate their interview process.
