8 interviews, gruelling. They really focus on what you did not do well, or mistakes made in past. The questions were primarily soft skill questions. The mistake I made was not inserting more technical experience into my answers. They said I was a fit, but not for a technical role. Did not give my opty to change their mind. Did not get interviews for non-technical roles either so not sure if honest then. Did not reply to my follow up questions at all...

Really intense but actually enjoyable, 3 stage process, 1 hr phone interview, written exercise, then 5no 1hr interviews back to back. This all happened within a week for me. Pretty full on but the people I met with were very nice

Very in depth - 7 person loop interview over 1 day. START focused questions. Essential that you prepare examples ahead of time and be ready to show specifically what you did to deliver outcomes.
