1 phone screen (actually done on Amazon Chime): Duration : 45min Content : Technical questions (ex : differenec between interpreted and compiled) and behavioural (ex : describe a time where you did not finish a product in time) If successful, next stage : 4 online interviews (Amazon Chime) : Duration : 45min * 4 in the same day Content : same as above, a mix of technical and behavioural. Some questions were redundant between the different interviewers.

First you apply, then do online assessments and interview after passing the online assesments. Online assessment is mostly situational and test your AWS knowledge. Then you have an oline interview which comprises of situational and technical questions mostly.

Interview
I had a 4 hours interview with 4 different Amazonians via Chime. The first two Amazonians asked me half technical questions and half behavior questions, the last two Amazonians asked me all the behavior questions.
