Went through a phone screen and then multiple interviews, as well as a dashboard simulator for running through customer support scenarios. Everyone I spoke to was very nice, and happily answered any questions I had during my interview rounds.

First round online interview
The email sent to us said it's a BQ round, however, been asked to answer technical questions.
The JD describes the role as being open to all background, but the interviewer was looking for someone who has knowledge in linux, database etc.
online assessment, tech interview, 3 rounds of loop interview done. Each session was very impressive and helpful. I encourage you to study networking and OS hard before you get into the interview.
