Had one phone call with a talent acquisition person for my area. The discussion was very brief because they said i didn't have experience when in fact i had 3 years direct experience. I don't want to work with people that don't even take the time to read applications properly or investigate further because not enough words in a candidate application matched their ATS requirements.
