A simple interview was asked straightforward questions. Was done during COVID so it was a virtual interview. Was called within a few days and accepted the offer. The company was great to start with but then over time my role blended into a more administrative position.

Interview
Two step process: a phone screening interview followed by a one on one interview with the Manager and one employee. Very comfortable answering questions posed to me in the the phone screening and peronal interview. I was asked to tell my story, which indicated to me they are interested in what brought me to apply forthe position bereavement coordinator position.
