I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at American Eagle Outfitters (New York, NY) in May 2014
Interview
It was first a group interview with 8-10 other people. They asked everyone many retail scenario questions as well as "Why American Eagle?" questions. Then afterward, they interviewed everyone one on one with managers from different flagship American Eagle stores in New York. A manager from the Soho flagship store interviewed me and basically asked me the same questions as in the group interview. Then he offered me the job and I accepted.

Question 1
What is the best customer service you have ever received?
It was a group interview, asked a couple questions about the brand. Chimed in whenever necessary. Talked about previous experience. For the most part they’ll offer you a position, but they will let you go if you’re not up to their standards
I interviewed at American Eagle Outfitters (Livermore, CA)
Interview
The interview was really straight forward. Mostly questions about myself and what to expect as a stock associate. I had to take a quick test after the interview. Got offered a position on the spot.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at American Eagle Outfitters (Roseville, MN) in Feb 2024
Interview
I submitted application online and then got a call for an interview. The interview was a one on one with assistant manager. She asked about 5-10 questions for 30 minutes, and we just sat outside the store for the interview.

Question 1
Asked about what I expected for pay, and I must have answered too high because they never called me back. So maybe ask what their compensation usually starts at first.
