I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at American Eagle Outfitters (Concord, NC) in May 2016
Interview
I went in for an application, and they interviewed me on the spot because I had the "look". The hiring manager asked my to come behind the counter and I took a computer quiz, and filled out all of my paperwork in the first day. I was called back in for the rest of my interview and finished up all of the new hire paper work. Easiest Interview process ever.

I interviewed at American Eagle Outfitters (Columbia, MD)
Interview
It was very easy as I knew someone who worked there. They got me an interview and asked me basic questions. They verbally gave me an offer on the spot and I got a offical offer a week later.
