I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at American Eagle Outfitters (New York, NY) in Oct 2014
Interview
It was a group interview. They'll ask a question and you can answer in whatever order. Truth is, you don't even need to answer but they want to see who answers first. Sometimes they'll do two interviews, other times just one. It depends on how bad they need you.
After the interview was done, the lady said, "Okay.. so the way this works is that we're going to call you guys in 2-3 days and let you know when to come back again. For now, I just need you guys to meet me outside 1 by 1 to give me your information." Then after she got a few people's information to "Call them" she basically told us that part was a lie and that the people remaining in the room got the job.

Interview
-pretty easy, went inside for an interview and they asked me about my experience. They then made me try on a bunch of clothes and taught me how to fold them.

Interview
Easy interview with manager. We spoke outside about expectations. She was kind and understanding. I interviewed with a couple of people there too. Went over schedule etc. very straight forward and easy
I interviewed at American Eagle Outfitters (Columbia, MD)
Interview
It was very easy as I knew someone who worked there. They got me an interview and asked me basic questions. They verbally gave me an offer on the spot and I got a offical offer a week later.
