American Income Life Customer Service Representative Associate interview questions

I applied online to an ad they posted but didn't specify it was them. The next day or the day after I received a fairly routine phone interview, but again they didn't say much about the company itself. At the end they asked me to come in for an in-person interview but I declined to go because communication was poor and they were not very transparent with me.
