I applied through other source. I interviewed at American Income Life (West Atco, NJ)
Interview
They hire anyone who can pass the Life Insurance test . There is a screening interview, then a group interview where prospects are told that more people than they can call on have sent back cards for them to call. They don't tell you that those cards are for a free AD&D policy they think their Union will mail. Everything from there is a lie.
I interviewed at American Income Life (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
Interview so far was fair, mainly a presentation about the company, in group setting, with a manager 1:1 afterwards. Overall more a discussion than an interview, with a signup to start learning for the licensing exam.
I interviewed at American Income Life (Las Vegas, NV)
Interview
Overview video was watched. Also answered some questions at the end. Once questions are reviewed someone will reach out (if thought to be a good fit ) for a second interview. This part could take anywhere from a few hours to 24 hours. Once on to next step an interview will be conducted via zoom.
You’ll first receive an invitation to watch an introductory video. Then, you’ll be invited to a group presentation. After that, you’ll complete a one-on-one interview with a manager before getting hired.
