Take a printed resume to give to the interviewer. Should arrive at least 15 minutes early to complete a short questionnaire. It has good questions that the interviewer can use to conduct the interview. If you pass the initial interview you're given another questionnaire that has open ended questions such as: what 3 personal traits help you in business? what are your goals? what motivates you?
Then you go into a group session with others who passed the first interview and a manager with a brief presentation about the company, purpose, product/service, and opportunity. If you pass this portion you're spoken to individually and given a packet to read through, discuss with your significant other, and return the next day for your final interview. The packet contains another questionnaire & company information. The company is looking for people that would be a great fit. If it is what would work for you, then it could be a win win.
