Interview
Overview by phone if you qualify , follow by an invitation to view a Zoom meeting between client and advisor. If you are still interested you apply for an interview with management. Honest and transparent about what your role will be about.
The process was pretty straight forward. You get introduced to the company through a presentation. After, you have an interview one on one with the higher up and go from there. They asked why I wanted to work there, where do I see myself in the future, pretty straight forward.

Interview
Spoke with a representative for about five minutes and then sat through an hour presentation of the company from the State General Agent (owner). It felt very fast paced, but it was very informational because they do not want their time wasted nor do they want to waste your time. I really liked that because they were very up front with what they do and their expectations.
