Easy phone call interviews and Teams. They are open to hiring new agents all the time as long as you can get licensed. The licensing process is really easy, did it in a week. If you show promise in the interview process, they will pay for the licensing course which was like one or two hundred bucks? Either way, cranked it out in a week and passed.

Interview so far was fair, mainly a presentation about the company, in group setting, with a manager 1:1 afterwards. Overall more a discussion than an interview, with a signup to start learning for the licensing exam.

Overview video was watched. Also answered some questions at the end. Once questions are reviewed someone will reach out (if thought to be a good fit ) for a second interview. This part could take anywhere from a few hours to 24 hours. Once on to next step an interview will be conducted via zoom.
You’ll first receive an invitation to watch an introductory video. Then, you’ll be invited to a group presentation. After that, you’ll complete a one-on-one interview with a manager before getting hired.
