The process took 3 days. I interviewed at American Income Life (Orlando, FL) in Mar 2010
Interview
Very simple interview process. First is the one on one intervew to get an idea of who you are. Basically to put a face with the resume. If your interested and s long as you came in as a professional you will be called back for a secone interview. The second interview is a group overview. Showing what it is that we do and how we do it. Pretty much giving you the basics of quite possibly your new career. If you are called back for a third interview which is also one on one. You've got the job!

Interview
Interview so far was fair, mainly a presentation about the company, in group setting, with a manager 1:1 afterwards. Overall more a discussion than an interview, with a signup to start learning for the licensing exam.

Interview
Overview video was watched. Also answered some questions at the end. Once questions are reviewed someone will reach out (if thought to be a good fit ) for a second interview. This part could take anywhere from a few hours to 24 hours. Once on to next step an interview will be conducted via zoom.
You’ll first receive an invitation to watch an introductory video. Then, you’ll be invited to a group presentation. After that, you’ll complete a one-on-one interview with a manager before getting hired.
