I did not get a chance to interview with this company, however, they did reach out via Indeed to express interest as they thought I could be a good fit for their Development Coordinator role. I sent a message stating that I'm interested in learning more about the position and was sent a rejection email by them 30 minutes later. I was confused by this as I didn't actually apply to the company and it was them who had reach out to me. This gave me insight as to how the company operates, therefore, it was a blessing in disguise.
They do one-sided interviews which essentially means you have to do a video of yourself answering all their questions. It's like you're being put on display or something. It's basically them picking you like a dessert on a tray. This should be a mutual conversational interview to learn about each other. Absolutely ridiculous that they wouldn't even consider a normal job interview process.
