Interviewer set a relaxed tone when preparing questions and is gracious and understanding in providing the background of the company and very kind relaying the benefits, some of which were very acceptable. They also mentioned the opportunity of career progression and incentives that are provided based on the grade performance of the employee.

I was invited for an online interview by the HR through text. The interview was conducted one and a half hour after i replied to them. The interview was mostly about your personal information and there were situational questions as well. The HR was also open for questions during the interview.
