Formal interview. There wasn't any tough technical question asked. Interview was just formality. All I was asked to have 1 Yr bond and pay for safety deposit. Most of people get hired same way with safety deposit. It's like you are paying to company just to get 1-2 Yrs experience letter. Some or complete amount from your safety deposit will be deducted.
