Interview
Went through 3 round of interviews. They will ask your preferences and hobbies. This is for them to imagine wether you will be right for the position or not. Sometimes it's best o have a broker who have the same interests with the clients. It's easier to build relationships that way.

They tested how good i was with memorizing numbers. One of the interviewer mention several random numbers quickly and i had to repeat them.
