First there was a written test which I cleared with good marks and then shortlisted candidates were supposed to give personal interview. Apparently they asked for b.com or graduate degree but just after taking two candidates interview they selected them one for Srinagar and other for Delhi. And for remaining 9 they just did a formality because they made there minds about the other two and they gave them employment form to fill while the process was going through and they selected them because they both were CA. And they got CA’s in low salary.it was a horrible experience. If they ultimately wanted CA for the Profile why they were wasting time of other candidates. They should have mentioned that earlier.
