Ancora Pain Recovery interview questions

They forgot I was out there waiting. I finally went and asked if anyone was coming and they asked who I was. I had to explain I was there to interview to the same woman AGAIN! I decided that I didn't want to work there. the place looked really dirty anyway and you could hear the employees talking really loud and cutting up from the back. Totally unprofessional!
