Andrea Caputo Architecture and Research interview questions

A friendly and casual conversation with the CEO about my interests as an architect and the modality of the firm. I declined because I heard about how badly they treat their employees. I was surprised because the owner/architect seemed like a very nice and clever guy and I was looking forward to working with him. The rumours however are true as I confirmed everything by talking to previous interns.
